BACKGROUND OF SEBASTIEN BOIRON
Sebastien followed the normal program at school in France until he decided at the age of 14 to go into Hotel and
restaurant hospitality where he graduated by passing his exams in hotel management.
At the age of 21 he started to work in the French Riviera and Monaco in famous hotels for two years.
He moved to Paris for a year where he worked at some 5 stars hotels. After this year he received an
offer to work for the famous Chef Paul Bocuse in Florida where he had a restaurant. Sebastien spend
18 months working for him.
He then when back to France where he was given the opportunity to work on Private Yachts. He worked
for the next six years traveling around the world in beautiful Private Yachts. Sebastien work as a P.A. in the
business world such as the owner of Pepsi in Mexico, Monsieur Solomon Lew previous owner of the Myer Group
and for Monsieur Roman Abramovich Russian owner of the football club Chelsea in England and one of the
richest men in the world.
He then set is site to go and work in Australia by opening a French Restaurant named Le Grand Bleu in the
heart of Melbourne. He's 2 years in Restaurant business were very successful and cemented his passion for food
and extremely enjoy the experience as an owner.
Sebastien is focusing his energy into providing the people of Melbourne a
taste of their foods.
